    allison whittenberg: “Instructions”

    allison whittenberg

    Instructions

    if ever you find me
    screaming,
    grabbing for the air,
    failling.

    help,
    …………..if you can,

    if you can’t, turn away
    so that vision
that version of my dying, doesn’t
    live in your mind
